N1-(2-aminophenyl)-N8-phenyloctanediamide

BML-210 is a novel non-hydroxamic acid HDAC inhibitor. IC₅₀=5-10 mM (HeLa nuclear extract). Induces growth inhibition, proapoptotic and differentiation effects on human leukemia cell lines.
